ATHENS, Texas — Henderson County Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for murdering an East Texas woman.
According to the Athens Police Department, on November 18, 2018, officers were called to the 1000 block of Third Street in Athens on reports of a gunshot victim.
When police arrived on scene, they found April Nicole Taylor, 30, had been shot in the abdomen. She was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
