CHEROKEE COUNTY, Texas — An East Texas man is in custody after fleeing from police in Cherokee County Monday.
According to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, Justin Jones, 35, is in custody after he fled on foot from a deputy during a traffic stop.
Jones was arrested for federal parole violation, contributing alcohol to a minor, and evading.
