The video then allegedly showed Rocha striking the desk behind him, hitting the back of his head and both elbows causing injuries to the student. The video then reportedly showed the student stand up, holding both of his elbows close to his body while screaming and crying.

Photos obtained on Sept. 23 show injuries to the student which included redness to the back of the student's head with a knot protruding from the back of his skull area as well as two small red marks on the elbows with what appeared to be redness and bruising.

Rocha is currently held in Henderson County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
