VAN ZANDT CO. (KYTX) - Child Protective Services (CPS) is asking for the public’s help in locating four children.
CPS was granted legal custody of these children on June 16, 2016, in Van Zandt County, but they cannot be located. The children range from age 8 months old to 13 years old. They are believed to be with Leslie Whittington and Paul Hidalgo. They could be driving a four-door white sedan or a 1999 dark red Lincoln Navigator and last seen in Canton, Texas.

Lexi Whittington age 11
Kyleigh Whittington age 8
Eli Hidalgo age 8 month’s old
