LUFKIN, Texas — There must be something in the water in Deep East Texas after Lufkin Police Department officers and staff members welcomed nine little bundles of joy into the world in the past 12 months.
The newest members of the "Blue Family" have all been born in the past year, with the most recent being Wednesday.
