TYLER, Texas — A power outage is causing Tyler Water Utilities to close its business office for the remainder of Monday.
According to the city of Tyler, customer can still pay their water bill through the kiosk at the drive through 24/7. The kiosk accepts check, money order, credit/debit cards and cash. However, the kiosk does not pay change.
Customers may drop their payment in one of the two drop boxes at 511 W. Locust Street and at Brookshire's at South Broadway Avenue and Rice Road. Cash is not accepted at either location.
Customers may also pay their bill through the city's website.
