'People Attempting To Help' or P.A.T.H is offering free tax return preparation assistance for personal returns starting January 23 until April 13th for families making less than about $55,000 per year.
Who: Families making less than $55,000
When: January 23 - April 13
Wednesdays - 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturdays - 8 a.m. to noon
Where: P.A.T.H Office 402 West Front Street Tyler, TX
Volunteers will assist in the tax preparation and are certified through the IRS. E-file and direct deposit services are available as well.
PATH will have limited availability of a drop-off service for families who can't come and wait during regular hours.
