TYLER, Texas — The Tyler Police Department is searching for people to join the department as a dispatcher.
According to the TPD, pay starts at $14.63 an hour.
Police says the new dispatchers will also receive several benefits including:

- Tuition reimbursement
- Shift differential pay
- Certification pay
