TYLER, Texas — Let's do the 'Time Warp' again! For the sixth year, Liberty Hall will show the cult classic “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.”

Arriving in Downtown Tyler just in time for Halloween, participants are encouraged to come dressed in costume for the shows.

After selling out both nights last year, a third show has been added to the schedule. Opening night is Oct. 19 at 11 p.m. and the other shows are Oct. 25 and 26 at the same time.

“It's assigned seating so you want to get your tickets beforehand if you can, because the better the seat the more you get to interact and be closer to the actors,” Liberty Hall operations coordinator Rebecca Hale said.

All the shows feature a cast performing live reenactment alongside the movie.

The floor show is produced and directed by Coby Archa and friends. Archa also performs in the show as Frank N. Furter.

“In the 80s you didn't see anybody that looked like this. You know, now 2019 is a different story,” said Archa. "It's a night of no judgment that's really what Rocky is about."

For those that have been to the show in the past, Archa says there are some surprises.

Tickets are $20, but the money goes back to Liberty Hall. Movie scripts, prop bags and drink tickets are included with the ticket price. No outside props are allowed.

The film is rated R and the audience participation does involve adult language, so this show is recommended for audiences 17 and up.
