The Friends of Henderson TX Animal Shelter Facebook group announced some special news for National Puppy Day.
Missy, a dog rescued last month, gave birth to seven healthy puppies Friday.
Missy, once known as Meg, was adopted from the shelter after being fostered for two weeks.
According to the video posted on the group's page, Missy and her puppies seem to be doing wonderfully.
